Managing Partner in the Middle East

Mark Fraser has specialised in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering law, arbitration and insurance law for over 28 years, based in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and the Middle East. Mark has extensive advocacy experience in court, arbitration, mediation and expert determination and is a Registered Practitioner in the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
