Alexander Köpfler primarily advises project developers, construction owners, investors and real estate owners. He specialises in public law relating to real estate. The projects on which he has advised include shopping centres, clinics, logistics properties, residential property and renewable energy (photovoltaic power plants). The focus of his practice is the procurement of planning permission (in particular the preparation and amendment of building plans, land use planning and deviations from the project), the drafting and negotiation of town planning agreements including services agreements, the implementation of planning permission and building regulations as well as defending against planning objections.
